During the day, he pounds nails. Six years ago he used to pound beers. But now during the night he mostly pounds drums. Word on the street is that they broke the mold and THEN they made Bob. Armadillo Jump was unsure of the bands future after Scott’s departure, but after auditioning over 40 drummers, you will see why we chose Bob Ehrlich. Formerly with The Resonators, Bob’s energy and passion for music comes through loud and clear (and on tempo too). OK the guy’s a little intense, but that’s what drives the rockin’ blues sound of Armadillo Jump. He doesn’t sit back and worry about if he’s going to hurt the drums when he plays them, no, he lets you know he is the drummer.
